Prices
The price includes the rental of the boat for the period as defined in the rental contract. Port taxes, supplies and linen are at the expense of the client. Week-end rentals and rentals for periods of less than a week will be priced pro-rats using mid season tariffs as a base. Rentals of periods greater than one week will qualify for reduced rates.

Unless otherwise stipulated by the owners, all boats are available from 14h00 Saturday and must be returned by 19h00 the following friday. Clients may spend Friday night on-board provided that the boat has been cleaned. If you have other specific requirements then please use the information/reservation form.

OPTIONS subject to availability
SPI, Skipper/Hostess, cleaning, Barbecue, Linen. Prices to be agreed directly with the owner at the time of departure.

Contact us for details of the options available on your chosen boat. Under no circustances can the non availability of one or more options serve as justification for cancellation. For boats of less than 34 feet, the outboard motor of the annexe and auto pilot are payable options for rental periods of one week or less; the options are free for rentals of 2 weeks or more.

OPTIONS RESERVATION - CONTRACT
To reserva an option on a boat please send us an email specifying the dates, chosen boat, price, number of people in your group (adults and children), options required and your contact information. Such options are valid for 5 working days, sufficient time for us to receive your reservation details (by postal mail). This consists of: reservaation form and CV (printable from this website) duly completed and signed, accompanied by the first payment instalment. This should be sent to: :Direct Locations, B.P. 19, 73371 LE BOURGET DU LAC CEDEX.

Upon receipt of your reservation details we will put you in contact with the owner of the boat who will send you the contract (2 copies). Your initial payment will be cashed upon receipt. If, for whatever reason, we cannot fulfill the dates of your reservation your deposit will be returned to you without being cashed.

SUBSEQUENT PAYMENTS
The schedule of subsequent payments will depend on the date of the reservation and will be specified in the contract:

If the reservation is made more than 3 months in advance: : 30% of the total is payable as deposit; 40% 3 months prior to departure adn the balance 1 month prior to departure.

For reservations where the departure is within 3 months: 50 % at the time of resevation and 50% 1 month prior to departure.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The damage deposit is a guarantee to cover any other charges incurred by the renter: port charges, insurance franchise and any associated charges. It is payable before embarcation and will be returned within 15 days of the conclusion of your rental period. Any damage identified at the end of the rental period will incur the deposit to be withheld in part or in full. Any damage will be assessed and the charge invoiced accordingly; if it is less than the damage deposit the renter must pay this amount before the damage deposit will be returned.

A further 120 € - 150 € may be asked for by the owner to cover the cost of cleaning at the the end of the rental. If cleaning has been undertaken by the renter then this amount will be returned at disembarcation. Blocked lavatories will result in a forfeit of the cleaning deposit.
